All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! 
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment online.
All rescheduled appointments must be done 24 hours prior to your set appointment.
You may only use your deposit to reschedule to an available date within the initial booking month 1 time.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES:
All remaining balances can be paid by Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay ONLY!
(There will be a $5.00 fee added if you choose to pay by Apple Pay)

Please arrive to your appointment with clean hair & ready to be braided.

Please select the correct service when booking. You will not be able to change your service at the appointment.

I do not accept synthetic hair of any kind.

No small cut wefts or wet hair of any kind will be serviced. Your appointment will be cancelled with no refund given. If time allows you will be charged a $15.00 inconvenience fee if i choose to proceed with the appointment.

All appointments are allowed a 20 minute grace period. After 20 minutes of being late your appointment will be cancelled.
(this means if your appointment is set for 1:00pm and you are not in my chair by 1:21pm your appointment is cancelled & no refund will be given)

Lace Rules:

All lace should be dropped off at least 2 business days prior to your appointment! There will be absolutely no exceptions.
(If time permits i will allow you to add same day customizing for $50 extra. This must be scheduled and discussed in advance.)

Hd or Transparent lace is REQUIRED

Preplucked lace only.

Lace must be NEW or one ive previously installed. (I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER STYLIST WORK)

No brown, green or grey lace at all!

Please Make sure your unit fits completely over your entire hairline. If your unit is too small i will decline the service and no refund will be given.

If your lace is incorrect and you still would like for me to proceed there will be a
$25.00 inconvenience fee added to your total.

Amazon Wigs:

Please keep in mind that amazon does not sell true HD lace. Although I can make your unit look as flawless as possible there will be minor imperfections. 

At the time i only accept the amazon units listed on http://www.amazon.com/shop/reehair
if your unit is not listed on the acceptable purchase list you may be charged a $25 inconvenience fee if the lace is deemed unnaceptable.

Squeeze Ins Are An Additional $50.00.
(Squeez ins are only available from 10:00am-2:00pm)
Please understand that i am literally squeezing you in between two of my clients that have booked appointments. You will have to wait so please be patient & do not schedule anything else around this time.

Holiday appointments Are An Additional $100.00.

After Hour appointments Are An Additional $100.00
Anytime 5:00pm-9:00pm. If You cannot drop your lace off in advance there will also be a $50.00 same day customizing fee added to your final balance.
